Minimum Education And Experience Required

Manage software trial licenses with prospective customers and manage the follow-up process

Promote and drive product adoption and identity ambassadors to the products’ benefits and values

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong presentation skills and demonstrated effectiveness presenting to key decision makers

Minimum of fifteen years’ experience working as a Clinical Application Coordinator on healthcare related projects within the VA

Direct experience working with VistA/CPRS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Direct experience working with Veterans Health Affairs customers / healthcare providers

Experience supporting health IT related projects

Experience interfacing directly with clients

You have 2-4 years’ industry experience in commercial roles (sales, marketing, business development), ideally during market launches of medical devices.

You have strong skills in Microsoft Office; any other business applications are a plus.

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

Time management skills and ability to work independently required;

Education: CPC, CPC-H, CCS, CCS-P or RHIT/RHIA certification required - OR

3-5 years terminology mapping experience required

Minimum 3-5 years medical coding, or terminology implementation experience preferred

Experience with ICD-10 and/or SNOMED required

Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent Work Experience: 5 years for support or 0-2 years for professional
