As a GEC Educator, you will:

Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.

Required Knowledge: Knowledge and ability to provide extraordinary member services.

Solid math and bookkeeping skills.

Experience Required: One to three years of experience as a Member Service Representative I.

Ensures member’s online account or loan application information is complete and accurate.

Actively and professionally cross sells Credit Union services and products while building member financial relationships.

Manages client project quality updates and reviews with all levels of management.

Knowledge of worldwide regulatory requirements

Escalates quality issues to impacted departmental quality manager and/or Quality Director as necessary for corrective action implementation.

Understands the quality and technical requirements of each project.

Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience.

Familiar with quality operating procedures, quality and regulatory requirements pertinent to pharmaceutical, biological and biochemical quality.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be used to substitute for the specialized experience requirement.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Manage customer complaints efficiently and ensure a resolution promptly

Acknowledge, empathize, and resolve customer inquiries and maintain professional relationships

Utilize sales techniques to enhance the customer experience, up-sell, and exceed sales goals

B.S. or B.A. or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, retail, customer service, restaurant, bar, and other related industries

Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

High school diploma (or equivalent) plus one year of related order-to-cash experience required

One year of post-secondary education with emphasis on business and/or accounting related discipline preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, intermediate Excel skills

Accurately keys both verbal and written orders after verifying content and/or calculating cash totals.

Verifies daily check-off sheets to ensure all required orders are entered in the system.

Maintains files for all order-to-cash transactions and their supporting documents.

Participates in on-the-job and classroom training to gain experience in providing a limited range of administrative and technical assistance to taxpayers.

Pay: $37,696.00 - $60,641.00 per year
