Working knowledge of national and State code and quality regulations/standards

Knowledge of construction i.e. prints, plans, procedures, scheduling, and testing

Excellent written and verbal skills

Expected salary range for this position is $120,000 - $200,000 depending on experience

Participates in meetings and presentations or other designated special projects as assigned by department manager.

Intermediate level computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook)

Exceptional skills in business English and spelling are required.
