Have current experience in peer companies within the semiconductor industry with sales, business development, or marketing background

Experience working with global customers, especially China

Superb organizational skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fluid environment.

Experience in organizing and staging events is highly desired.

Superior English language writing skills and analytical ability. Mandarin language proficiency desired.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; photo-editing, web-editing, and social media skills are highly desired.

Support the Hub’s programming by coordinating events, drafting agendas and engaging with stakeholders.

Draft, edit and proofread Hub communications, including event and meeting invitations, thank you notes, and follow-up correspondence.

Excellent news judgement, time management skills and attention to detail

Field experience in newsgathering and visual storytelling is highly desirable

Intimate knowledge of Chinese-language social media

The China Investigative Producer will pitch in-depth stories related to China based on extensive original research and sources.

Spearhead production and post-production of resulting reports, including all editorial and logistical aspects of newsgathering and filming.

Knowledge about HR processes and talent management is a plus

Significant relevant experience required, including managerial and budgetary experience. Industry and strategy consulting experience preferred.

Participate as a key member of an IT Management Team.

Responsible for financial management including AOP, budget management, and forecasting.

A graduate degree in journalism, finance, China studies or a research-related field (or equivalent experience).

Stay abreast of the latest developments in global finance and supply chains, with a focus on human rights and environmental sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes:

Investigate and analyze the investment chains behind harmful projects, with a focus on projects developed and funded by Chinese stakeholders.

On occasion, travel internationally to conduct Follow the Money training workshops and/or to present findings to local partners.

Excellent communication, presentation, organizational skills

Partner with JV (China and HK) focusing intensely on data integrity (sales, inventory, AUR, discount %, etc) for each business channel

Analyze booking reports to identify opportunity and make projections at the divisional level per channel

Provides constructive analysis of monthly/quarterly recaps at the business channel level by country

Partner with Merchandisers and JV team (China and HK) to communicate quarterly recaps, inventory levels, and OTB

Take initiative to hold conference calls with the JV team (China and HK) on a monthly/quarterly basis or as needed

Maintain breadth and depth of expertise on critical and emerging financial crime compliance, enforcement, and risk management issues

Well-versed in our customers’ greatest financial crime compliance, enforcement, and risk management challenges

Leverage product analytics to ensure successful user experience and adoption

1-5+ years of experience and a track record of success in customer interactions and/or briefings, including Q&A and responsive discussions

Experience using global public records in complex investigations

Experience with DoD or military intelligence missions

2-4 years of experience performing analysis using Chinese language skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Perform collection of publicly available Chinese languge source documents, either using in-depth subject matter expertise in conjunction with cutting-edge software tools.

Collaborate with technical staff to ingest, process, and structure collected data in preparation for analytic exploitation.

Exploit collected data to produce high-quality analytical deliverables.

Present analytical findings to industry subject matter experts and executive audiences.
