Childcare Subsidy Program Manager Jobs

·Advise clients on property management software functions, reports, and/or “how to” questions

·Oversee, support, and administer resident affordable program recertifications

·Analyze property accounts receivable and recertification status reports and support the development of action plans

·Solid interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Minimum of an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required

At least 2 - 5 years of experience as a lead teacher in a licensed childcare facility required

Working knowledge of state rules and regulations governing the operation of childcare center.

Meet all state requirements for classroom teaching positions, and maintain state in-service requirements

Train teachers on curriculum, developmentally-appropriate practices, and quality-rating practices

Experience/strength in early childhood education or working with young children (Preferred)

Pursue a Masters of Arts in Teaching degree with university partner Relay Graduate School of Education.

Submit Daily Deliverables Report (When working remotely/ if applicable)

Provide the Supervisor/Program Manager with all required client information and assessment outcomes.

Prepare project reports in accordance with funding requirements.

Prepare reports in accordance with program requirements and Division policies.

Maintain files/records on client services in compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2 and other funding requirements for audit purposes.

The contractor shall provide Management & Professional Services for the Childcare Subsidy Program

Duration: 12 Months Contract with a high possibility for an extension

Determine eligibility of employees who apply for childcare subsidy program.
