· Knowledge of accounting, data, administrative management practices and procedures and clerical practices and procedures

$70,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience, education, and skill set

Minimum of 10 years of professional hands-on and management experience in accounting and financial management

Partner with the CEO and senior management team on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis.

Oversee long-term budgetary strategy, planning and cost management in alignment with company’s mission, strategic plan, and long-term profitability goals.

Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team.

Position requires thorough financial understanding of financial statements, forecasting, inventory management and back office functions

Strong organizational skills- must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Share knowledge and experience, provide coaching to teammates

Ability to provide valuable insight and improvement initiatives to senior management and board members

Graduate of accredited 4-year college/university with an educational concentration in relevant areas (accounting, finance, economics) preferred but not required

Identify knowledge gaps, guide the team to challenge status quo, validate, disprove and/or develop better assumptions

Understanding accounting and finance process flows and how information is consolidated into the general ledger, to ensure improvement and value creation

Leverage previous experience to guide and promote the team to think innovatively

Engage and work collaboratively with senior management; ability to obtain buy-in from senior management / board members on actionable plans

Utilize tools and resources to drive change management

Experience in the role of Controllership, Finance and Accounting Advisory Services

Graduate of accredited 4-year college / university with educational concentration in relevant areas (accounting, finance, economics) preferred but not required

Over 12 years of experience related to: Accounting / Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or Private Equity

Apply industry and functional knowledge identify business drivers and issues

Proven experience in a controller/VP of Finance/Director of Finance role, with a strong desire to transition into a first-time CFO position.

Utilize your experience in service-based industries, emphasizing employee utilization, scheduling, and other factors crucial to operational efficiency and profitability.

Leverage your expertise in working with Private Equity owned companies, understanding their unique requirements and aligning financial strategies accordingly.

Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, while a CPA qualification is strongly preferred.

Prior experience working with rapidly growing companies, effectively managing financial operations within a high-growth environment.

Familiarity with Private Equity owned companies, understanding their unique financial dynamics and requirements.

Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.

REQU I RED E X PE R I E N C E/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

10 years progressive healthcare finance or analytical experience.

5+ years managed care/Medicaid experience.

Finance Function – represent Finance by participating on committees and multidisciplinary teams as needed.
