Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS)

BSc degree in Education, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field

ATD Training Skills Certification or equivalent certification preferred

Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques

Previous experience as a Training Facilitator, Training Coordinator or similar role

Excellent communication and organizational skills

1+ years of marketing, finance or consulting experience

Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

Analyze topline (sales and traffic) and profit results across our restaurant base

Assess promotional activity, including topline, product mix, guest segmentation and geographic results using internal and third-party software

Identify root causes of performance from key initiatives

Create regular marketing reports using product mix and consumer insight data to contribute to marketing strategy

Minimum seven (7) to ten (10) years of senior leadership experience overseeing healthcare finance and accounting functions.

Background in leading business and strategic planning, organizational development/reorganization, productivity improvement and cost management.

Executive, Financial, Professional and Managerial, Supervisory / Management

Advanced knowledge of clinical, financial, and business information technology software, hardware, tools, techniques, and systems.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.

Recognize the business needs and work with restaurant leaders to implement problem solving measures. Education and Work Experience

Handle guest complaints in the absence of an assistant manager or restaurant general manager. Team

Manage all food safety regulations and follow restaurant safety procedures.

Communicate with the restaurant general manager and above restaurant leaders when necessary.

Shift control training completed in current restaurant and validated by the restaurant general manager and district manager.

External hires must have 6+ months of direct food/retail lead experience.

Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills. Experience of LEAN or Six Sigma

+10 years’ experience as an operating CFO/Finance Director/Controller/Finance Manager in a leadership capacity

Experience in developing forecasts, operating plans and leading business / finance reviews.

Accountable for all day/week/month/quarter finance activities, metrics, forecasts, actuals performance, appropriate countermeasures in partnership with BK Medical leadership

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

Strong critical thinking skills and ability to add value to operating teams
