Create monthly billing artifacts and communicate all billing milestones to the accounting department and program manager.

Maintain current certifications and acquire new certifications as needed

Direct and delegate tasks for Project Managers to enhance the corporate operations and infrastructure

Directly manage and mentor team/staff members

Provide updates, at a minimum quarterly, to the CARS Requirements Management Plan to align

Possession of the PMI Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP)® certification (must provide copy of certification).

Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the CDT Project Approval Lifecycle.

Knowledge of California campaign finance, lobbying, and electronic filing information and requirements.

A valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)

Provide regularly scheduled CARS Project schedule management training to State staff. Provide ongoing support as needed.

1) Experience managing complex implementations with SaaS software and integrations (Financial, HR, Resource Management, Project Management, CRM, Data & BI) -OR-

5+ years of Project/Program Management.

Manage internal and external resources (consultants, vendors, etc., as needed), timeline, budgets, testing/QA, UAT, training/rollout, post-launch.

Recognize project risks, manages and mediates issues, and develop solutions with confidence.
