Detailed Job Description The Certified Dietary Manager is responsible for the overall management of the food service operations in their facility. This includes planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities of the food service staff. They must ensure that the food service operations are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as providing quality food service to the patients, residents, and staff. The CDM is also responsible for developing and implementing menus, ordering food and supplies, and managing the budget. They must also ensure that the food service staff is properly trained and that the facility is in compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
