Provide cross-discipline thought leadership and share knowledge of Transformational Change Management, Business Process Improvement and/or Organizational Alignment

Lead team of business operations analysts, performing general management responsibilities such as hiring, performance management, performance reviews, individual development activities, etc.

10 years experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business strategy, M&A roles with increasing responsibility.

Stakeholder management and alignment on strategic priority projects

Partner with Entrust IT on recommendations for cross functional standardization and data management.

Provide necessary work direction and manage projects effectively through planning, organization and project management

Minimum 15 years program management experience or general management of large-scale maritime construction projects with P&L responsibility.

Strong communication skills to advise team members and senior management on status and/or actions.

Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Software, JIRA/Windchill preferred.

Experience with Enterprise Resource Management systems integrated with demand planning.

Experience Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD) or Integrated Program Management Reporting (IPMR).

Partner with supply chain management to lead/coordinate a team with multiple industrial partners, sub-contractors and large supplier base.

Developing the technical and soft skills of younger colleagues, and participating in the performance management process

Supervising high-performing teams and sharing your experience and knowledge of leading-practices

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a graduate degree in Tax or Law and approximately five years of related work experience

CPA certification or licensed attorney status

Experience managing budgets and projects

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and data mining tools

Play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with end-users and management at our customer sites.

Work with customer management to integrate Exosuits into existing training and safety policies.

Manage customer deployments, trainings, support, and overall product adoption

Develop proactive strategies and programs to improve the overall end-user experience and adoption.

Bilingual skills are a must! English/Spanish

Able to collect, manage, analyze, and present data to drive positive outcomes for customers.

Assigns and prioritizes project management resources and regularly assesses project quality and efficiency

Understanding of Earned Value Management principles

Track and manage issues/risks by working with internal and outside team members and stakeholders to determine mitigation and containment

Coordinate SDRL/CDRL generation and delivery per SOW requirements

10+ years of relevant experience in the Defense/ Aerospace industry (DOD)

Experience evaluating program Risks and Opportunities

Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years of related experience.

Datacenter construction or project management experience

Provide team oversight and performance management

Manage the selection, contracting, and integration of multiple vendors and internal partners

Facilitate decision-making to drive solutions, schedules, and manage change as required

Apply influence, strategies, and negotiation skills to identify options and recommend solutions
