• Develop and implement operational procedures and processes
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching
• Ensure staff are properly trained and have the necessary resources to do their job
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
• Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
