Sophisticated creative and technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities

7+ years of experience working as a professional stylist

Retail industry experience in apparel/fashion or related field; men’s experience a plus

Hands on experience working in a Mac environment; Creative Suite a plus

Outstanding follow up, detail-oriented, strong organizational abilities

Solid written and verbal skills

Demonstrated Customer service experience and skills.

Computer experience in a MS Windows environment; keyboarding skills.

Strong written & verbal skills which will be utilized for patient history assessment, medical record documentation and patient/family education.

High School Diploma OR General Education Development (GED) required.

Experience working with contact lens patients and products.

Experience working in an ophthalmology or optometry practice.

Must be willing to work in a Labor Management Partnership environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum six (6) months of experience or successful completion of Kaiser Permanente externship.

Medical Terminology Certificate or equivalent experience.

Ability to read, write, and comprehend medical information.

Ability to effectively present information, both verbal and written.

Experience with photography, Profoto lighting, Canon camera systems, and Capture One Pro a plus.

Carpentry skills and proficiency with power tools is a plus.

Excellent organization and communication skills required, must have a great attitude and a passion for the creative environment.

Location and professional assisting experience preferred.

Assist Photographers and Stylists on set with all aspects of creating impactful imagery.

Assist with overall setup and breakdown of daily sets.

Current and valid Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification

Must comply with health screening requirements by undergoing a tuberculosis skin test.

Current active status on OBRA (Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act)

This position is represented by the Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE).

Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC), On-Call

Some of what you will be doing:

Must be willing to work in a Labor Management Partnership environment.

Working knowledge of Health Plan coverage types, for example (but not limited to) traditional, deductible, etc.

Determine patients membership/benefits according to the benefit display

Demonstrate knowledge of and application to Patient Administration Appointment Registration (PARRS).

Basic knowledge and use of computer and computer keyboard

Passing of a PC skills assessment

Experience providing exceptional customer service

Serve at circulation desk; use automated system to charge and discharge library materials, register new customers, and issue library cards.

Search for reserve requests and notify customers when request is filled.

Identify overdue and damaged materials; issue receipts for payment of lost books.

Answer telephone inquiries, routine reference, and informational questions; respond to questions regarding library circulation policies and library procedures.

Process overdue fine notices as required; collect, record, and account for fines; maintain and update delinquent files.

Other duties as assigned by the Stylist, or Studio Manager.

Provide on-set support for Stylist.

Prepare, steam, and organize merchandise for upcoming photo shoots.

Lias with the sample team to ensure merchandise is available and ready to shoot.

Organize styling closet. Make sure samples are put away at the end of each day.

Style product for all categories adhering to daily shoot goals.
