California Water Resource Manager Jobs

2 years minimum experience in music industry and in physical and digital production

Strong organizational, administrative skills, pro-active and innovative

2 years minimum experience working with international companies

Production experience with music products and graphics

Proficient in Word, Excel, Internet, basic database skills

Experience with financial management of a large program.

BA/BS degree and 10 years’ experience in conservation practice or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience designing, implementing, and directing complex or multiple projects of strategic importance while meeting deadlines.

Supervisory experience, including motivating, leading, setting objectives and managing performance.

Experience using public and private fundraising tactics to fund projects.

Experience in developing partnerships with non-profit partners, community groups, water users, and/or government agencies.

Considerable experience of hotel revenue management experience, preferably managing 250+ rooms

Experience of Opera and Hotel Revenue Management software preferred

Full working experience with Travelclick, iHotelier and OTA Sync product

Strong analytical and reporting skills; extremely comfortable compiling and manipulating data

Skilled in analysis, problem solving and decision making

Demonstrated ability to manage a large volume of work effectively and efficiently

Facilitates sales management programs for their assigned Stores, monitors performance and provides behavior based feedback.

Monitor corporate competition in the local market then communicate analysis and trends to Store Operations Management Team.

The position is accountable for the training and development of the Store Management Team and/or Sales Team.

Bachelors degree in engineering is preferred. Candidates without an engineering degree, but relevant experience will be considered

Administer EH&S standards to ensure the protection of employees, contractors, the community, and the environment

Organize and control maintenance functions to optimize cost and reliability

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry skills.

Ability to develop subject matter expertise related to water conservation, community organizing, community outreach, program/project management, language translation, or related fields.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to draw valid conclusions.

Desire to learn additional computer skills like ArcGIS Pro and Survey123.

Knowledge of water efficient applications, water wise landscaping, and Greeley’s water conservation programs is a plus.

Provide community-based outreach customer service with a focus on connecting communities with water efficiency strategies, tool, and enhanced customer experience.

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in agricultural sciences, environmental management, or related field from an accredited educational institution

Minimum 3 years directly related experience with job(s) demonstrating experience in working with water development projects or farmland management

Support management in water project development, planning, and implementation.

Demonstrated strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities

Initiate and manage short-term and long-term transfers of water to MIMTA properties.
