BA / BS in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field

10+ years’ working in a fast-paced, high-volume consumer-facing corporate or agency environment with responsibility for simplifying complex customer experiences

Ability work / manage agency partners for benchmarking / strategic insights

Passion for understanding the customer needs and delivering an exceptional customer experience

Strong personal skills to support organizational awareness & participation

5+ years of experience in a business-strategy role

Successful candidates for this position will be highly logical thinkers, curious learners, and experienced strategy professionals

8-10 years of experience in management consulting, and/or strategy, business operations, or similar roles, required. Medical device and/or technology sector, preferred

Present verbal and written recommendations; lead discussions with all levels of management including the Executive Team when required.

Translate market knowledge and market intelligence into strategic roadmaps to drive targeted growth.

Translate market knowledge and market intelligence into robust business cases to identify business opportunities and risks.

Mastery of strategy assessment skills (hypothesis driven thinking, financial and business modeling, strategic option identification, and rigorous data analytics)

Superior written (including strategy narratives/ white papers), verbal communication, and presentation skills.

Performance Management and Executive Communication

Experience in supply chain and logistics

Experience in execution of initiatives and plans

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or engineering preferred
