Business Lead To Chief Executive Officer Jobs

Oversee scheduling and calendar management for assigned executives, including working with executives to prioritize their time and attendance.

Provide strategic input on executive level project management

Manage logistics for quarterly executive off-sites, customer meetings and other high profile meetings and events as needed.

Willing to go above and beyond to manage changing calendar commitments and seamless global travel scheduling

You have experience supporting C-level executives (highly preferred).

You have experience booking travel and completing expense reports and maybe have experience holding your own corporate card (preferred).

Prioritize understanding cost drivers within the biopharmaceutical industry. Identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness in collaboration with supply chain professionals.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, PhD) is a plus.

Proven track record in business development, technology sales, and licensing within the biopharmaceutical industry.

Extensive network of contacts within the supply chain and development domains of the biologics sector.

Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.

Current certification as Registered Nurse (RN) with minimum three years clinical experience.

Excellent communication skills and good command of the English language, knowledge of additional language(s) is a plus.

Some experience or a willingness and aptitude to learn simple laboratory procedures and operation of an x-ray machine.

Experience with cardiac care, trauma, internal medicine preferred.

Must posses a diploma from an accredited nursing school.

Must be able to perform BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) procedures and treatments.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

Proven executive leadership experience in a related industry.

Extensive knowledge and expertise in the trucking, vacation rental and hospitality, e-commerce, and software industries.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.

Experience managing change and ambiguity in a fast-paced business environment.
