Interfaces with Product Management & CX teams, by discussing requirements and needs

Minimum of twelve years product management or engineering experience

Minimum five years’ experience of people leadership/management

Consulting experience including Change Management, Business Consulting, and Project Implementation disciplines.

Provides governance support, vendor management and prioritization.

Consolidates all Technology obsolescence, and Evolution roadmaps and translates into requirements to execute by the Business

Effectively communicate Imagine services and overcome parent/family objections.

Represent Imagine Pediatrics to parents and families of medically complex children.

In coordination with Local Outreach Team, support telephonic outreach to non-engaged and engaged patients.

Leverage reporting and dashboards to prioritize telephonic outreach to prospective members.

Familiarity with buy-side investment management workflows

2+ years of work experience in the financial services industry

Strong interest in FinTech, with prior knowledge of databases

Experience advising Clients on portfolio strategies, portfolio optimization, risk assessments, and attribution

Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients

Experience with SQL, UNIX, VBA , C++, PERL or similar tools, and/or Aladdin

Demonstrated experience with Salesforce CRM required; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills

Excellent research skills, and commitment to customer service.

Support Salesforce integration across various CECP platforms including cecp.co and MyCECP portal

Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate with individuals and groups at all levels

Assists in formulating & implementing ERC audit procedure improvements to be followed by the ERC auditors.

Supports JJRC base business Enterprise projects and initiatives in the MedTech and Pharmaceutical segments, as required.

Supports development of audit risk profiles and questionnaires required for the execution of audits.

Supports the development of the 2024 business plan and audit schedules.
