Support the team and project delivery by identifying and reducing any bottlenecks, blockers or friction.

Craft and implement processes or tools to reduce friction and optimally use resources.

Ability to work in fast-paced environment, supporting internal projects and senior leadership.

Ability to problem solve while navigating differing viewpoints and ideas, and remaining open to new ideas and potential failures.

Sound judgment, with the ability to recognize inefficiencies and quickly mitigate.

High levels of attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking project metrics.

You are organised with foundational project management skills.

Assist in identifying new opportunities to grow partnerships and unlock additional value for both Spotify and our partners.

Arrange and review contractual agreements.

Build relationships inside partner organisations across all functions.

Coordinate with other relevant departments across the business, specifically Legal, Licensing, Product, Technology, Marketing, Content, Revenue and Premium teams.

Working remote or in our offices in the heart of Manhattan

Actively participate in the development of Motion! in the U.S. market

Complete a market study of the targeted area, analyse and evaluate user needs

Build, develop and nurture business relationships with various partners

Bring some relevant insights and recommendations in order to improve our services

Report regularly on your advancements and results
