Business Development Manager In Training Jobs

Strong technical aptitude and expertise (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Learning Management Systems);

Support training strategies within the Southeast market with a focus on improving KPI’s and ensuring a consistent client experience;

Execute training activities as directed by Senior Vice President of Retail, Director of Retail Training and Senior Manager of Retail Training;

Manage Store Trainers in the Southeast market;

Coach and train sales associates through on-the-floor observation, providing feedback, and exemplifying the luxury service experience.

Minimum of five years’ experience in a formalized training position with retail stores;

Develop training content consistent with instructional design standards, adult learning theory, knowledge of the target audience, and sound project management skills

Collaborate with other departments to support enterprise-wide organizational development activities, such as leadership development, performance management, and culture development.

Support the management of learning management systems

Manage and liaise with external training service providers and vendors

Must be able to handle training responsibilities for several projects at one time, each with potentially competing/conflicting priorities.

Must have experience in a consulting role, preferably with Financial Institutions

Experience pulling and curating data from varied sources and systems. Experience creating reports.

A solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
