Our clients want us to expand into more markets in order to provide them with more customers in more places, so we need to develop more representatives, team leaders and managers. Thankfully we have a structured management training program in place so we’re able to develop people from an entry-level position to a management position in roughly one year’s time!

You’ll start out in an entry-level position representing our clients to the public in an effort to help them increase their market share and brand awareness. While learning the basics, you’ll also be building important relationships and developing a team of representatives. As soon as you’re able to produce consistent results and have a strong team in place, you’ll be able to expand into another market or service a new client here in Chicago!

Average First Year Earnings: $41,600-$52,000 (paid weekly, uncapped)

Average Second Year Earnings: $52,000-$88,000 (paid weekly, uncapped)

Primary requirements:

• Leadership abilities and teamwork experience
• Confident communication skills and the ability to inspire/influence others
• A business degree, experience working in a business environment, or at least a solid understanding of the common business practices
• 18+ and eligible to work in the USA
