Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of experience and expertise in digital banking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online account opening for consumer and small business banking.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Product Owner or Product Lead in an agile application development team, managing the delivery of current features while planning for future enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical roadmaps, story outlines, user stories, and product or feature backlogs in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, develop functional and technical solution documents, software requirement specifications, and wireframes.
• Utilize software tools such as MS Office applications (Excel, Visio, Project, Word, PowerPoint, SQL) for documentation and analysis.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through written and verbal channels on a daily basis.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferred software experience in Azure DevOps, Jira, Axure, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Tealeaf (not mandatory, but beneficial).
• Maintain Pacific Time work hours, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the banking industry, with a focus on digital banking and online account opening.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Preferred experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Axure, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Tealeaf (not mandatory, but advantageous).
• Proficiency in software tools such as MS Office applications, including Excel, Visio, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and SQL.
• Experience working with agile methodologies and serving as a Product Owner or Product Lead.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
