Proven experience: 3-5+ years as a Graphic Designer, Content Creator and/or Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Working knowledge of Final Cut Pro, motion graphics, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web content management software such as WordPress

Stay current with the latest design trends and tools, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with conceptualization and creation of visual products for promotional, advertising, educational and informational purposes

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary

Follow a creative process for feature and experience ideation.

Work closely with multidiscipline cross-functional teams to manage and implement features into production vehicles

Design or human computer interaction degree (or equivalent experience)

8+ years of experience in user experience design

Strong design process, experience designing systems and product features

Demonstrable experience with information architecture, storyboards, flows, wireframes, and design specs

Strong communication and project management skills

Banking / Finance experience is a huge plus!!

Manage ad hoc, logo and design requests as needed

Excellent design skills with portfolio work to prove it

Strong intrapersonal and customer service skills

Strong skillset for layout and typography

Partner directly with stakeholders and project managers to deliver on-brand, high-quality content and assets.

Produce low- and high-fidelity storyboards for video content. Experience with AfterEffects and motion graphics is a plus.

4+ years of design experience working with a marketing team. Preferably with a larger product/software company, or within an agency environment.

Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams.

Self-driven. You have superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow through on tasks. You don't get overwhelmed easily.

Be involved in the more complex strategic aspects of our brand design on an overarching and per-project basis.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES, KNOWLEDGE)

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)

Manage art files and packaging mechanicals for core products and cases. Sync creative assets to digital assets management system.

Experience in CPG is preferred.

Experience in the food industry is a plus.

Experience working with packaging engineers for implementation of designs and transfer of visual assets.

Work across programs to define, maintain, and evolve the tools, processes, and communication around asset management.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in product design or UX.

Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment, applying design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch).

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in product design or UX.

- At least 5 years of experience in Brand designing
