Collaborate with internal teams to understand their marketing and communication needs, and devise visual solutions to help achieve their goals

Learn, understand, and utilize web standards, responsive design, content management systems, project tracking applications, and digital asset management systems

Manage projects from start to finish

A bachelor's degree and 3 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

High proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of MS Office software

Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS

Experience working with brand guidelines and specifications

4+ years of experience with responsive design and applied knowledge of accessibility best practices

Provide and manage design documentation and specifications

4+ years of professional experience in a Graphic or Visual Design role (some in-house preferred) in the consumer marketing space

4+ years of experience managing multiple design projects, requests, and scheduling in a fast-paced environment

4+ years of professional experience collaborating with creative and technical teams

Proven knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic creative and solutions

LOCATION: Remote - United States only (TimeZone: PST/CIST | Full day overlap)

HOURLY RANGE: Our client is looking to pay $60 – $80/hr

ESTIMATED DURATION: 40h/week - Long term

6+ years of relevant B2C and B2B design experience; preferable in-house, agency or startup environment.

Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates knowledge of design best practices and sensitivities to accessibility, layout, typography, and color.

Campaign Illustration(s), Concepts & Execution - For use across web (blog, events) and social (org & paid)

Product pages UI/UX - New product page templates for our company website (see current example)

Event Creative - Potentially support our annual conference with environmentals, wayfinding signage and collateral design

Familiarity with a wide gamut of deliverables spanning environmentals, digital, and print

Organizational skills are required to plan daily tasks and meet the needs of clients as well as management.

Create user-oriented models and website concepts to present to management and clients for approval.

Act as the Digital Experience liaison between Marketing and Business Development.

Exceptional knowledge of design software including Adobe Suite and others. Well-versed in color, typography, iconography, layout, UX, UI and interaction design.

Understanding of user experience and how to create a positive interaction between digital media and potential customers.

Professional experience creating personalized websites for customers to their specifications.
