Location : Remote , 6 months contract

•5+ years of copywriting experience, especially scripts and social.

•Experience working across B2B and consumer audiences.

•Craft commercial scripts grab your audience’s attention and hold it

•Write snappy copy for campaigns, from taglines to emails to display to social copy

Partner with the Education team to align on training needs to execute in-store experience with excellence

Contribute to the development of the strategies, communications, coordination, and organization of global activations (planning, design, and management of public-facing initiatives)

High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously (including demonstrated ability in planning and organizational project management)

In this strategic and planning-focused role, you'll ensure our global retail experiences are on-brand, user-friendly, and innovative

Develop overall strategies for the retail excellence that aims to drive more in-store experiences

Drive collaboration with Creative and Education teams to ensure close alignment and partnership on development of retail & salon strategy

· Ability to work well under pressure with attention to detail, strong organizational / project management skills

· Integrated account and/or project management experience

Manage, develop and optimize the omnichannel Communication Plans, working with brand, media agency and sales (as appropriate).

Manage the relationship with the Media Agency by identifying, defining and monitoring KPIs for performance and cost.

Manage relationship and performance of social media agency

Create and manage brand partnerships/collaborations.

Excellent organizational skills and experience with collaborative project management tools

Experience and knowledge on print design and prep for production

Results-oriented and thoughtful in your project management style

Highly organized, efficient, able to prioritize, and manage a wide range of responsibilities

5+ years experience in brand design or visual communication

Experience crafting stories and building brands

Six (6) years of marketing agency experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred or related experience required.
