Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and working knowledge of Asana or similar project management software.

Experience with the sourcing and production management of subscription boxes, continuity programs, packaging solutions.

Communicating with management regarding account activities (i.e. targets, prospects, sales strategy, account strategy).

Experience working with clients building go-to-market business plans for customer acquisition and retention.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

Communicates system problems, concerns, and make recommendations from a user’s perspective regarding computer based system (Konami) and program management to MIS.

Ability to exercise personnel management practices and exhibit strong motivational commitment to the organization.

Ability to communicate with management, subordinates, and customers.

The ability to identify fraudulent activity and report to security, Gaming Commission, and management accordingly.

Coordinates information reports and/or custom managerial reporting requests.

Performs all functions associated with hiring, training, utilization, and evaluation of Box Office personnel; recommends disciplinary action.

Builds and maintains events for venues in the Ticketmaster system to ensure correct pricing and current promotions.

Schedules and supervises employees’ day-to-day and event tasks to ensure customers’ needs are met in a timely fashion.

Monitors email for incoming event changes and promoters’ instructions for events to ensure that all requests are addressed.

Monitors venues day of show to ensure proper floor set and smooth customer flow.

Prepares financial statements and event settlement sheets; orders checks or wires for payment of event settlement.

Responsible for seat inventory management as directed by the Box Office Manager.

Responsible for VIP, Producer, and Executive ticketing at the direction of the Box Office Manager.

Responsible for all Box Office locations, theater operations, and all Box Office personnel in absence of the Box Office Manager.

Knowledgeable/adept at ticketing system and procedures.

Three to five years ticketing and box office experience.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity.

Experience operating an online ticket sales system; finance reporting; and experience in customer relations

High School diploma or equivalencies

At least one year of live events operations or box office work

Supervise the day to day responsibilities of the box office as delegated by the manager

Assist the Front of House responsibilities and maintain communication and scheduling of volunteer ushers for Tucson events

Provide lists and reports on ticket sales and constituents to other departments as needed

Running the box office at all performances

Answer phones, respond to e-mails, and make phone calls as needed

Process single ticket orders and subscriptions

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous accounting and/or retail experience preferred.

Experience in sport organization or related business, especially in a ticketing capacity, preferred but not required.

Experience and ability to translate and/or converse in Spanish (not required but is a plus)

Responsible for accounting, reconciling, and other financial aspects of the Box Office for both group and game day events.

Exceptional customer service and communications skills (both written and verbal)

Cash handling functions, confirming prices

Assisting customers with their ticket and gift card purchases

Operating a cash register, answering phones

Ensures that unauthorized persons are not operating their assigned cash register and keeps passwords confidential

Ensures guests are waited on quickly, efficiently and in a pleasant manner

Follow all policies/procedures, risk management, safety precautions, rules, regulations and emergency procedures established at the facility.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with ASM Global's policies and applicable laws.

Processes promoter, group and venue ticket orders, handles Will-Call window according to procedures, or other related duties as assigned by Manager.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all policies and applicable laws.

Have working experience with computer ticket systems; experience with Ticketmaster, Presence, Archtics, TM1 and mobile ticketing a plus.

Have experience with the principles and techniques of supervision and training.

Interact as a management representative to resolve ticket related guest situations and problems as required.

Reconcile daily ticket sales activity and prepare daily recap report for finance; maintain and oversee box office cash handling requirements.

Highly experienced in Ticketmaster Host, ARCHTICS, Account Manager and TM1 Entry.

Manage the entire ticket process from event creation through event day operations and settlement at the conclusion of the event.

5-8 years of ticketing experience in an arena or large theater facility.

Experience managing event staff and working with promoters in fast-paced environment.

Assist with operating stadium as site-manager for non-Bucks events.

Assisting front office with sponsorship fulfillment.

Assisting with guerilla marketing efforts around the community.

Printing group tickets, running box office, counting money bags, assisting with game deposits, and determining game attendance.

Identify group outing or invoice payments and record information in Group Outing spreadsheets and on deposit recap.

Interacting with group leaders on Bucks game days.

Experience in Box Office or Ticketing Management or Cash Management

Cash reconciliation and vault management including daily closeouts and vault audits.

College degree or work related experience in lieu of a degree

Assist and support box office manager in any of their job functions, as needed

Flexible schedule and willing to work weekends and holidays when events are scheduled outside of normal operating hours

Issuing, receiving, and tracking cash distribution to various venue departments on a daily basis and event days.

Prior work experience in a retail, museum, park, recreation facility, or other public space.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Use knowledge of venue to help and educate guests.

Prior ticketing system experience preferred.

Work with Ticketmaster platform to sell tickets to clients inside and outside of the venue.

Recognize and respond to customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve ticket issues.

Basic HTML skills, experience in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Slack, Basecamp.

Minimum of 1-2 years of digital marketing experience in the Shopify ecommerce platform including billing and other apps.

Understanding of direct response marketing tactics that drive response and engagement, subscription and/or box subscription experience a plus.

Have or develop a strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, general reporting, and analysis.

Assist with the development and analysis of marketing programs/strategies for driving customer relationships, optimizing data and increasing subscriptions and revenue.

Assist with the creation of a marketing calendar and translating that calendar into actionable and detailed cross-team briefs.
