Accounts Payable: Handle bill payments and vendor management.

3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.

Expert knowledge of QuickBooks Online

Experience in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize process bottlenecks and identify solutions.

Develop systems and processes to help improve the client experience

Convert 50% of super warm leads that come in each week into sales, aka Raving Fans

High School Education or equivalent combination of education and experience

Maintains adequate staff levels by interviewing applicants and extending job offers

Communicates and works cooperatively with Store Director, other department managers and bookkeeping associates to maintain standards and exceed guest expectations

Assists all department associates with daily responsibilities while leading by example

Develops assistant department manager and/or department leads to prepare for advancement opportunities

Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle situations
