Bilingual Training And Technical Assistance Associate I Jobs

Adhere to compliance with all requirements of an Accredited Provider of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) in New York State.

Oversee training program logistics and participant experiences for trainings directly related to their area of programming

Supervise Training Associate; manage performance, guide professional development, and provide key feedback.

Prior experience developing or conducting trainings, or teaching, with an appreciation for adult learning principles.

Highly organized, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort with public speaking.

Conduct trainings on selected topics, and recruit qualified trainers to train on other subjects.

Guide sites through the onboarding process, following HS Site Management Protocol, including development of their HS Implementation Plan

Develop and provide professional development offerings for HealthySteps Specialists

2+ years of experience providing training and technical assistance for an evidence-based program

Solid experience with continuous quality improvement processes or cycles of improvement

Experience in organizing, developing, and leading trainings for multi-disciplinary audiences

Knowledge of infant and toddler development and behavior, especially strengths-based and family-centered approaches

3+ years experience in the development, delivery, and management of training and technical assistance.

Experience in the development, delivery, and management of training and technical assistance.

Demonstrated knowledge of and experienced in working with diverse victim populations and service organizations.

Excellent oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation, public education, and trauma sensitive communications.

Strong outreach abilities and interpersonal skills.

Experience with building established working relationships in collaborative teams that have diversity in thought, roles and expectations.

Previous experience with a Learning Management System (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.)

Previous work experience in educational instruction and teaching online.

1-2 years of relevant experience providing instructional design, specifically online course development.

Strong understanding of internet concepts and web technology, including User Experience design and digital media authoring

Experience in creating accessible online courses

The responsibilities for the position include:

Bachelor’s in Education or Social Science related field.

Advanced skill set with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web-based databases.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Special expertise in the fields of education, social media marketing, evaluation, research is a plus.

Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.

Other duties as assigned, dependent on organizational needs and employee skills, including limited travel.

Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field, advanced training, or equivalent experience

Ability to work on remote and in-person teams.

Ability to facilitate remote and in-person training.

Willingness to learn new skills and programs.

Bachelor's degree in education, public health, public administration, social work, psychology, sociology or related field

At least 8 years of experience working with or in school districts/schools

Experience in school leadership, school-level systems, and/or school-level strategic planning

Master's degree in education, public health, public administration, social work, psychology, sociology or related field

Knowledge of high leverage practices (HLP) and experience embedding HLP into content areas to enhance effective instructional and inclusive practices;

Proven experience in collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills and leading teams and professional learning groups;

Knowledge of and experience implementing multi-tiered systems of support and high leverage practices frameworks.

Experience with developing, implementing and evaluating strategic action plans to accomplish short and long-term projects; and

Experience using data for decision-making, informing instructional practices and determining outcomes and future planning for continuous learning.

This is a full time, 12-month administrative/professional faculty position. Flexible/remote work location is allowable.
