Beverage Manager In Training Jobs in Ohio

Develop, implement and evaluate training and performance management program.

Any combination of education, training or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree.

Accomplish F&B objectives by contributing to strategic planning processes with Manager of F&B.

Work with Shipping and Receiving to manage inventory and the flow of goods.

Conduct regular inventories, manage controls and ensure achievement of food & beverage cost margins established in budget.

Perform additional duties as requested by the Manager of Food & Beverage.

Development of team with product knowledge, and Beverage steps of service to provide excellent guest experience

Service oriented style with professional presentations skills

Clear concise written and verbal communication skills

Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

Experience in implementing new food & beverage concepts

Support the Director of Outlets, Assistant Operations Director, and Director of Operations in leading the Food & Beverage Outlets
