Prior experience in skills related to your position
Manage inventory and costs along with General Manager
Project future costs under guidance of the General Manager:liquor, packaging, small wares, equipment and maintenance
2-3 years front of house experience in a relevant high-volume establishment
Curate seasonal cocktail menus along menu and brand standards
Place weekly and bi-weekly orders to maintain inventory for service and private dining in line with physical and budget guidelines
