Manage and respond to benefit and leave inquiries in HR support inbox (Zendesk)
Partner with the Benefits Manager on benefit reconciliation including invoices, employee deductions, etc.
Partner with HR Manager (Benefits) as it relates to employees on leave
Support with job description management
Enroll and make changes to employee benefit enrollments as necessary
Support and present benefits information in new hire orientation
