The Benefits Coordinator will also be responsible for researching and evaluating new benefits programs, as well as ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Job Skills Required
• Knowledge of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
• Ability to interpret and explain benefits policies and procedures
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in benefits administration
• Professional certification in benefits administration (e.g. Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) is preferred
