Assist employees with HR related questions which include but are not limited to Benefit questions through the internal HR Service Desk.

Overview A Benefits Analyst is responsible for managing employee benefits programs and ensuring that they are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. They analyze and evaluate benefit plans, develop and implement new plans, and provide support to employees regarding their benefits. They also work with vendors to ensure that the plans are cost-effective and meet the needs of the organization. Detailed Job Description Benefits Analysts are responsible for managing employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans. They analyze and evaluate existing benefit plans, develop and implement new plans, and provide support to employees regarding their benefits. They also work with vendors to ensure that the plans are cost-effective and meet the needs of the organization. Benefits Analysts must be knowledgeable of applicable laws and regulations, such as the Affordable Care Act, and must ensure that the plans are compliant. They must also be able to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders. Job Skills Required
