Senior Director, Distribution - Barings Diversified Alternative Equity (Dae)

CPM to participate in and coordinate product development initiatives for DAE with Barings Product Management groups.
Keep technical, regulatory and personal skills and knowledge up to date, maintain records to evidence how this has been achieved
Familiar with private equity and real asset products especially as it aligns to Barings’ capabilities
Broad knowledge of the global investment environment, financial markets and competitive trends.
CPM will work with our DAE Investment Team and other Distribution team members to identify areas of fund raising.
CPM will serve as a lead and/or an active participant in meetings with current and prospective clients.

Interns will be expected to complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner, and will be expected to provide feedback and suggestions to their supervisors.
