As the Banquet Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the banquet facility, ensuring that all events are executed flawlessly. You will also be responsible for training and supervising staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring that all safety and sanitation standards are met. Overview:

Banquet Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting the Banquet Manager in the planning and execution of events. They are in charge of overseeing the staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner, and that the event runs smoothly. They must also be able to handle customer complaints and ensure that all guests are satisfied with their experience.
