•1 year of experience in garnishments, liens/levies, or subpoenas in legal operations and/or financial services.

•Experience working with federal, state, local, and military law enforcement agencies. (good to have)

•2 or more years of experience in banking industry, legal operations, or Mortgage banking

•Experience reviewing and interpreting subpoena documents

•Experience reviewing and preparing required documents for requestors

•Based on Client internal policies and procedures research and complete received requests for garnishments, levies, and subpoenas.

Tracking of dispute status and decisioning to support required regulatory and legal requirements.

3 years experience working in a banking/payment processing-related operations role.

Experience resolving customer claims and disputes

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritizing skills.

Advanced Microsoft Office, experience with Zendesk is a plus.

Relevant Bachelor’s degree or minimum 5 years banking operations experience

Solid understanding and strong working knowledge of banking regulations
