A minimum of 1 years’ experience in bulk production, pastry and baking is preferred but will train the right candidate
Possess basic knowledge of proper food handling, food temperatures, kitchen equipment, tools and small wares
Have proven prior experience and an enthusiastic willingness to learn
Make and bake muffins, proof pastries, prep breakfast/banquet items, including cookie dough, brownies, etc
Prep and pull the appropriate amount of pastries for the next day’s bake
Follow recipes and guidelines to create desserts that are visually appealing, while working the line with a smile
