Ability to gain overall knowledge of automotive sales and service department operations

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Previous Call Center experience preferred

Out-going personality with excellent communication skills

Strong computer and phone skills

Responsible for managing all incoming/outgoing phone and internet sales leads.

Setting, confirming, and following up with customer appointments.

Responding to inquiries in a professional, and well-spoken manner

Communicate information abut calls accurately and effectively to the management and clients

Daily time management and the ability to work independently or under supervision

Communicate with customers via the phone, text and email daily

Make follow up calls daily

Work directly with the Service Department

Schedule: Full Time, rotating day/afternoon/weekend shifts, business hours 7:00am-7:00pm.

Pay: $17 per hour + bonus incentives!

Proficient computer skills, ability to manage multiple systems, and ability to type 40 + wpm

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services and needs of the dealerships

Previous inbound/outbound customer service, call center, or sales experience a plus

Strong customer service skills: problem solving and communication (written and verbal)
