Greeting Customers at the Cashier Office and Answering all Incoming Calls

Identifying prices on Parts or Service Customer Invoicing and tabulating payments using Computers or Calculators

Accepts Responsibility and Accountability for his or her money drawer

Issue Receipts, Refunds, Credits, or Change due to Customers.

Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel

Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed

Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus

Discounts on products and services

Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system

Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket

Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel- required

Excellent oral communication skills- required

Previous dealership experience- preferred, but not required

CDK experience- a plus, but not required
