Automotive Cashier/Receptionist- Part-Time

Napleton’s Wesmont Porsche dealership is looking for our next Automotive Service Cashier/Receptionist. The Automotive Service Cashier/Receptionist will be responsible for handling customer transactions through calculating bills and processing payments. The ideal candidate will be attentive, and customer focused. As a receptionist, this position is key to creating a customer friendly environment.
Schedules are as follows- Monday,Wednesday and Saturday(half day) or Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday(half day)

Job Responsibilities:

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Guarantee all checks in accordance with the company policy.
• Perform any other special duties as requested by the Controller
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Able to have a flexible work schedule, including all retail holidays

Job/Education Requirements:

• Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel- required
• Professional personal appearance- required
• CDK experience- a plus, but not required
• High school diploma- required
• Previous dealership experience- preferred, but not required
• Ability to count, read and comprehend instructions and information- required
• Excellent oral communication skills- required
