Automotive Cashier Receptionist Jobs in Maine

Must be willing to work in a Labor Management Partnership environment.

One year experience within the last 2 years in basic computer skills preferred.

Working knowledge of Health Plan coverage types, for example (but not limited to) traditional, deductible, etc.

Determine patients membership/benefits according to the benefit display

Demonstrate knowledge of and application to Patient Administration Appointment Registration (PARRS).

Basic knowledge and use of computer and computer keyboard

Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality

Answer phones, greet and receive prospects and customers

Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting

Cash out customers regarding their repairs

Answer incoming calls and direct calls accordingly.

Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the time they are put on hold.

Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as typing, filing, sorting mail and proofreading.

Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received.

Compute or recompute the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system.

Make change, cash checks and issue receipts to customers. Operate cash register.

Previous experience in customer service preferred

Responsible for waiting on customers in person, on the phone and via email

Duties could include, but not are not limited to processing receivables and credit returns, filing, expediting, and cashier functions
