Self-starter - able to work remotely with limited supervision and work with neighboring staff appraisers.

Body shop &/or insurance experience.

Communicates with vehicle owners to promptly schedule physical inspections of damaged vehicle.

Proficient in writing auto estimates in CCC.

Salary Range for this position is $58,854.40-$88,280.00.

Performs reviews of classes of properties to assure assessment uniformity as verified by state audit.

Researches and collects data for database inventories on new construction, cuts/combinations, and demolitions.

Applying knowledge of market value and other factors affecting reparability issues

Auto collision repair, auto damage estimating, and/or auto insurance appraiser experience

Excellent customer service and decision-making skills

CCC One and/or Mitchell knowledge

Lead and develop the national account management team.

Manage the Auto Retail Channel portfolio, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Effectively communicate market insights, customer feedback, and account-specific requirements to internal teams, facilitating effective decision-making and solution development.

Monitor and manage account profitability, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Experience managing, leading, and developing productive sales teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

2+ years of auto appraising experience

Knowledge of P&C insurance policy contracts and coverages, auto parts distribution process and claim appraisal process and procedures

Identify and manage existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role.

Demonstrate advanced knowledge of P&C insurance industry products, services, contracts, and internal processes/systems/procedures to ensure compliance.

High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma

Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and designated number of attempts

Minimum 5 years Commercial (Auto) Finance Underwriting Experience

Manages portfolio, assesses area market risks and general business conditions.

Experience working with multiple automotive dealer groups

Minimum 5 years Commercial (Auto) Sales Experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong sales and negotiation skills

1+ year of experience writing auto damage estimates

Experience with CCC1 or other estimating softwares

Can start on Monday, 5/1

Ability to work different hours

When appropriate, conducts damage management including properly managing the repair process.

Effectively manages work assignments and tracks savings and referrals.

Two years of auto appraisal experience preferred; prior experience with insurance carrier preferred.

Strong technical background including extensive knowledge of auto repair and repair techniques, including thorough understanding of auto terminology and construction preferred.

Thorough knowledge of claims appraisal systems and overall claim operations, Windows proficiency, including Excel and Word.

Strong mathematical and negotiation skills.

Possess effective skills in time management, organization, and the ability to work under pressure
