Responsibilities - Service Manager:
  • Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity
  • Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions to customer concerns
  • Generates revenue, communicates clearly with customers, explains vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair, develops estimates and quotes, and focuses on customer satisfaction
  • Oversees employee training and development
  • Ensures equipment is properly maintained and repaired
  • Ensures a safe working environment
  • Maintains customer service records in the computer system
Requirements - Service Manager:
  • Motivated to achieve high standards
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Social media skills and computer proficient
  • Basic understanding of business management
  • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Manager required
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
  • Knowledge of warranty procedures, work schedules, etc.
  • A positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Energetic with excellent leadership and sales ability
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
