Manage digital data I.e. auditing audience research in Ticketmaster, geo-targeting options in Placer.ai, and other digital marketing systems.

Manage marquee updates and schedule in coordination with events

Oversee and manage community partnerships with grassroots level marketing initiatives

Manage e-mail database sends, design, and data research

Minimum of 4 years facility management experience preferably in a union environment.

Knows and ensures all laws, codes, ordinances, policies, procedures, Risk Management, safety precautions, rules/regulations and emergency procedures are followed.

Possess skills and experience in labor relations, union contracts, purchasing procedures and supervising/training personnel.

Serves as MOD (Manager on Duty) as required

Manages subordinate supervisor(s), Foremen, Crew Leaders.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws.

Operational financial management accountability and budgeting experience required.

Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent preferred.

Strong managerial skills required; demonstrated initiative, leadership and team building skills are essential.

Tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement

Become the designated leader when the General Manager is not at the unit.

Labor relations experience strongly preferred if unit is unionized.

Facilitate conversions in order to create winning experiences and timeless memories for guests.

High School diploma + 1-2 years of conversion experience, preferred

Experience supporting staff to work together to accomplish projects

Complete knowledge of operations procedures to facilitate changeovers

Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical riser system repair, preferred

Experience operating equipment such as light trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, boom lifts, scrubbing machines or other light power-driven equipment.

Basic requirements, duties, responsibilities, and skills in an audio-visual technician

Performing inventory management on equipment, wiring, and accessories, and providing reports to management on items that need to be purchased

Generating expense reports for management.

Desired skills for audio-visual manager include:

Developing good relationships with clients to keep production moving and to help Production or Event Managers.

Site certification of all new and relocated video conference systems.
