Audience Marketing Assistant Jobs

Seasoned experience with Data Management

Lead audience activation management, processes, evolution, and oversee data taxonomy creation, set up and measurement.

8+ years of experience in a combination of marketing, digital marketing, digital platforms or media.

Influence internal teams & take a leadership role to ensure that key audience segmentations are used appropriately and regularly.

Platforms to create attributes, segments, push audiences live & prepare audience analysis.

Strong familiarity with digital advertising ecosystem.

Database management experience a plus

Assist with the monthly magazine issue closes working with our fulfillment vendor, Production Department and Audience Development Manager

Work with our vendors to execute, track and manage our subscriber marketing campaigns

High school degree or commensurate experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Departmental record keeping, downloading/uploading digital files and a variety of administrative duties

Strong knowledge of audience management tools and platforms (DMP, CDP, data onboarding, tagging, etc.)

Product management experience, preferably within marketing or ad tech a plus

3+ years of managerial experience

Lead the enterprise audience management and distribution function for Global Brand and Marketing

Lead the use of Audience Data Management platforms to enable cross-channel audience targeting using 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data

8+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing, consulting, or related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance

Experience working in a digital news media environment

Superb and demonstrable research skills

At least 2 years of journalism experience, preferably with a focus on audience development.

Represent the diversity of voices of Times Opinion on all of our off-platform channels, including Twitter, Facebook and Instagram

Curate and programming Times Opinion’s homepage module

Exhibit excellent judgment and audience-sensitive framing
