Audi Retail Program Specialist Jobs

Welcome all walk-in guests, answer questions and enthusiastically educate all customers about the benefits of driving a Porsche/Audi.

Strong communication and customer service experience required.

Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment, retail experience is a plus.

Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about Porsche and Audi.

Strong sense of team mentality and reliability.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.

⦁ 5+ years in program management, marketing, training, education, and/or internal engagement

Role: Learning Program Manager, Teams

Location: Cupertino, CA or Remote

Schedule Notes: open to fully remote candidates, but should work PST hours

⦁ Your written and verbal communication skills are exceptional

BA/BS in Marketing, Education, Communications, Arts, Business or another related field.

5+ years’ experience in project management or client-related position in SaaS

Scope: Manages program scope according to program requirements and client constraints.

Risk: Keeps program team and management informed of program risks and takes efforts to manage and minimize program risks.

Experience working with executive-level customers, suppliers and consultants to gather requirements, develop & execute program plans.

Human Resources: Influence without authority. Manages resource constraints, performs weekly allocation of program resources, and directs resource activities.

Must demonstrate excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
