Description: The primary goal of the Product Specialist is to provide a fun educational experience for customers that come into Porsche Audi Burlingame. The product specialist will accomplish this by handling all walk in guests, answering questions, and educating customers about the Porsche and Audi brands. Product Specialists must be able to conduct educational and product conversations and business dealings in a way that creates a superior customer experience that represents the Audi and Porsche brands.
Responsibilities

• Welcome all walk-in guests, answer questions and enthusiastically educate all customers about the benefits of driving a Porsche/Audi.
• Through effective communication, identify future Audi/Porsche prospects. During test drives create a fun and educational experience that customers will recommend to their friends.
• Responsible for collecting qualified customer information, exploring customer needs, stimulating customer demand, and cooperating with salesmen to meet the store's sales target.
• Your performance will be measured by your ability to engage with customers and get them to test drive an Audi or Porsche. After the test drive it is imperative that you get a senior consultant involved in the next steps.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication and customer service experience required.
• Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about Porsche and Audi.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Strong sense of team mentality and reliability.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment, retail experience is a plus.

Pay Structure:
Hourly rate plus bonus structure based on activities
