Summary

The Retail Engagement and Marketing team is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team. You’ll create and manage a portfolio of learning programs that inform, involve, and inspire our Retail field teams to deliver excellent experiences for our teams and customers, and results for Apple. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for building strategies, connecting with people, telling stories, and driving impact.

As the Program Manager for learning strategy and experiences for teams, you are responsible for bringing the best of the industry, Apple, and Retail together to drive strategies, build capabilities, and create the conditions that build knowledge, elevate skills, drive motivation, and deliver impact.

Key Qualifications

⦁ 5+ years in program management, marketing, training, education, and/or internal engagement

⦁ You enjoy a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving, and have an ability to remain calm under pressure and tight deadlines

⦁ You are a clear thinker, a proven self-starter, and can initiate, prioritize and drive projects from concept to development, execution, and measurement

⦁ Manages complexity. Lead portfolios of learning programs and individual projects end-to-end. Apply project management techniques with strong attention to detail, removing barriers, adapting to current conditions, and escalating risks.

Education & Experience

BA/BS in Marketing, Education, Communications, Arts, Business or another related field.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
