Detailed Job Description An Associate Legal Counsel is responsible for providing legal advice and support to a company or organization. This includes researching and interpreting laws, regulations, and legal documents; providing legal advice to the organization; drafting and negotiating contracts; representing the organization in court; and providing legal advice to management. The Associate Legal Counsel must be knowledgeable in all areas of the law and be able to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other legal professionals. Job Skills Required
