You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging (field or hospital-based) service environment or 4+ years’ in electromechanical industries.

5+ years of related experience is preferred in the medical device service field. imaging laser and/or Optic experience is a plus.

Maintain complete, timely documentation, including field service reports, customer surveys, installation reports, daily progress reports, and others as defined by management.

Specifically looking for candidate(s) experienced with power distribution system equipment – low and medium (480V-38kV)

Experience in the Industrial and/or Heavy Equipment industries will be strongly considered

(3-5) years’ of relevant work experience

Start-up and commission of new equipment

Perform classroom and hands-on training at customer sites

Communicate with customers to determine equipment problems

Relay design or functional problems identified in field operations to Engineering.

Ensure customers adequately maintain Gentle Wave systems by conducting care and maintenance in-service training when necessary or requested by management

Analyze and identify areas for product improvements and communicate to management and internal department teams as required

Prepares and documents service bulletins as required or requested by management.

This position entails significant travel of up to 90% and requires flexibility to include last minute flights to accommodate customer requirements.
