Operations: inventory management, pricing and analysis, operations support for both consumer customers and B2B clients

1-3 years of business experience – ideally in strategy/analysis, product, finance, sales

Experience with data analysis.Skilled with Microsoft excel.

Assist VP of Finance & Strategy with financial analysis and reporting

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Salary: $70-$100K.Negotiable based on experience and expected to rise over time with strong performance.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Working closely with Order Management and Warehouse teams to ensure shipments are progressing smoothly

Partnering with Order Management and IT to identify and resolve issues (missing orders, missing shipments, cancelling orders, etc.)

Facilitate 3PL inventory transfers in collaboration with Supply Chain and Order Management for product launches and inventory replenishment

Forecast and manage DTC inventory, proactively recommending forecast adjustments as needed; track late shipment rate

Manage Amazon FBA/3PL consignment shipment process, including, but not limited to the following

2+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related field

Experience digging into details, keeping the big picture in mind, working collaboratively in a high-performing team, and communicating compelling recommendations

Experience with creators or the creator economy with an owner mindset

2+ years of experience in Excel (can perform complex functions) and data visualization tools such as Tableau

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
