• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other sources of talent
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Monitor and evaluate recruitment activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the recruitment process
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas of improvement
• Manage the recruitment budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Job Qualifications
